The Amazing Herbs Egyptian Black Seed Oil is a variant of our other high quality black seed oil formulations. Pressed from the Egyptian-grown Nigella sativa seed instead of Turkish Nigella sativa, it contains a minimum of 0.6% Thymoquinone (TQ) and is high in omega fatty acids.
With an elevated amount of TQ, along with several other bioactive compounds, this black seed oil formulation has a higher chance of boosting your immune system, improving lung and cardiovascular function, and promoting gastrointestinal health.

Suggested Use
When using our high quality black seed oil products, we recommend 0.5 to 1 teaspoon twice daily for adults. If you’re taking black seed oil for the first time, take the smaller dosage with food and increase it over the course of a few days. Never exceed the recommended dose.
Precautions
Please note that the Amazing Herbs Egyptian Black Seed Oil does not have a history of causing side effects at the recommended dosage. However, if you experience any adverse events, stop using this product and talk to your doctor. Do not take concurrently with other medications, and do not consume if you have other serious health conditions.
